Order Processing & Delivery
We know you're excited to sleep better! We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery usually takes 8 to 14 business days to arrive at your door for standard shipping.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your fluffy package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide because everyone deserves cloud-level comfort. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Damaged or Missing Packages
We’ve got your back. We pack every pillow and blanket with care, but we know shipping hiccups can occasionally happen.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, simply email us a photo within 48 hours at dreamora.support@gmail.com, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Missing Packages: If your tracking says delivered but you can't find it, don't stress. Reach out to our support team, and we will work with the carrier to track it down or get a new order sent your way.
Order Modifications & Address Changes
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, email us at dreamora.support@gmail.com as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we will happily update your details for you.
