We stand behind the quality and comfort of our products. However, if your Dreamora purchase isn't the perfect fit for your sleep routine, our straightforward return and refund policy is designed to make things right.
The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Pillows and blankets must be unwashed, unused, and free from any odors, pet hair, or stains.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items, promotional free gifts, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply email our team at dreamora.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, Dreamora will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and your refund is issued, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our quality control, but if your Dreampuff or blanket arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at dreamora.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will expedite a replacement to you at no extra cost.
